Keep the game competitive, training serious and intense to build up good foundation on technique and the ability of players to keep the ball on their feet while enhancing their fitness level but maintaining the fun of it all to build friendship and good relations among the community. Teaching soccer is something I love to do and watching the kids learn the game is a great reward for me.
